Part of our goal at Olark is making business human. What better way to humanize your business than to show your customers how you’re feeling? 🙂 Olark offers emoji support within the chat console (for agents) and chat widget (for visitors). The following codes will allow you (or your visitors) to add emojis within a conversation:

To insert an emoji within a conversation, you’ll want to type the emoji code and surround it with colons. For example - :smile:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. Aside from smileys & people, we also support symbols, food, animals and most other emojis publicly available at the moment. For a longer list of emojis we support, you can check out this link. Of course, there are a few non-friendly emojis that don’t benefit a conversation, so you won’t find those on our list!
