It is easy to add Olark live chat to your Pinnacle cart shopping system, and start chatting with your customers while on your site.

  1. Log into your Pinnacle Cart Administrative Area.

  2. Click on Marketing Marketing menu item

  3. Select Google Tools

  4. Select the Analytics Tracking Tab

  5. Log in and copy your Olark embed code.

  6. Activate the Google Analytics Tracking option, and paste your Olark code below it.

  7. Hit save, and that’s it :-)
