Send a Message to a Visitor on a Specific Page After X Seconds

In this example, we will send a message to your visitor after they have spent a certain number of seconds on your sales page. The rule is IF Seconds spent on current page is Is More Than 10 seconds and the Current URL contains sales THEN Send this message to your visitor.
